Why do my radio and steering wheel lights have no power?

I left my lights on for a couple of days while on vacation. I come home and my
car is completely dead. No ticking or anything when I tried to start it. When I
jumpstarted my car it sounded a bit harsh when it turned over. I noticed that
when it was running my radio and my steering wheel lights have no power. I
have checked multiple fuses on the inside fuse box and none of them are
blown.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Sometimes the radio needs a hard reset in order to work out the bugs. The only way I know how to do this on a fusion is to pull the radio out, disconnect the connectors on the back and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. Not sure if this will fix your problem, but if you checked that all fuses are OK, this could be another option. Good luck and keep us updated.
