Have a 2009 kia rio and I can crank it but it won't start but it sounds like somethings catching but it still won't start

Could be a bad fuel pump, bad cam or crank sensors or many other things. Do you have fuel and spark?

Gets fuel, you cans ell sitar exhaust, seems to try to fire buthen everything stops for a second then starts cranking again........timing?
