My 2009 kia options makes a noise like an old horn when u make a right turn. The mechanic says it's the breaks and needs a $300 break job. The noise is not heard when you use the breaks going forward, reversing or when turning left. The noise is there only on the right turn and even when you are not depressing the break pedal. He did not inspect the breaks, just drove the car. Could this really be the breaks?
