Problems starting my car.

Asked by Guru999JJ5 Sep 29, 2020 at 04:37 PM about the 2009 Hyundai Elantra GLS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the fuel filter on the car, afterwards,
it won’t start. The fuel is going to the engine
because I removed the hose from the fuel rail
to test it, fuel squirted out quickly. Everything
looked good including the fuses. But I have
problems with the anti theft system. Could
this be the reason why it won’t start? The car
key light will blink and sometimes it stays
solid. Today, my car anti theft alarm went off
and shut off repeatedly for an hour. Has
anyone dealt with this issue before? I need
help.
