2009 F150 Lariat, the drivers side window works 50% of the time. Ive replaced the switch and am still having problems. Should I replace entire motor/regulator assembly?

If you put a new switch in it I would replace the window motor.

It's a DC motor. Remove the motor and apply twelve volts to the terminals. If the motor works it's fine. If, when the window does work, you noticed it goes up and down slower than usual, replace the motor.
