The lights on my dash will only come on when my head lights are off, and vice versa. So, i basically have to choose if i see the road or my speed...help?!

I have checked and replaced fuses. At first, it only happened when I hit bumps in the road, so it would only act like this periodically. But for the past two or three weeks it has been a constant choice between head lights and dash lights.

currant back feed, check turn signal globes for filament broke and touching other filament ,
