Just had lifters and other work done.  Runs ruff,  
eco came on and doesn't seem to re open lifters.
Almost dies at stop sign now.  What do i do. I just
threw 2000$ into it.

You take it back to who ever did the work. On a major job like that, sometimes it takes a little bit to get the bugs out.
