How can I get a Carfax report on a Honda CRV 2009

I called the dealer and ask for a report on a Honda CRV. They told me it has had 3 owners and they couldn't get me just report that showed last owner. I just can't believe that. It should showed every thing that has been done to it.     
the vin # 5J6RE48759L018758.  Could you help me on that.
