2009 Ford Explorer battery died, recharged it now it wont start

(I might have left the light on) but I recharged it and now it wont start or even turn over.  And the weird thing is, I can roll the window down without the keys in the ignition

Try to use the proper method to jump start the vehicle. To start the vehicle, or even turn the engine over the starter requires a lot of amperage, not just adequate voltage.

What happened was my battery was dead so I recharged it. but it still didn't start because I had the odometer cluster taken a part. And I remember reading the security has to do with odometer being together so I put it back together, put the key in and it started right up.
