aspect ratio? through me for a loop on that one...could they not express it as "tallness" in radial form overall diameter minus the diameter of the tire leaves you with an arbitrary "aspect ratio" ...sorry gents not sure of this myself~

I say the 215 indicates the sidewall hight..thus a 235 would have more side wall...?? 60..is with.thus,a 50 is wider .. the 16 is the size rim it needs, thus 14,15,16 and god forbid those 25-28 inch rims..

....you know with this utterly ridiculous wheels of late, the rubber part is marginalized...it's a wonder they simply did not use DURMETER 60 urethane...a 3" tall piece....and screw the need for inflation at all...it's like they seem to think everyone is drivin' on a lovely PAVED road...not taking into account that WE NEED that cushion of air....kids these days, I tell ya~

hydraulics made popular by the latin community are quite humorous...a kind of "I ain't speeding" vibe....leave the original wheels on please....why all chromey....it seems a bit like an old woman at the nickel slots in Vegas~

Ah, yes the profile....aspect ratio... height of sidewall. The number is actually the percentage of the width, and for our purposes here let's use round numbers to make the math easier. A P200/50R means the sidewall is 50% of the width of the tire making the sidewall 100mm tall. So a 215/60...60% of 215 is a 129mm high sidewall. Or just over 5 inches. From TireRack.com
