Have you tried a ECU Reset? Have you been working with any fuses on the Car?

I Checked all the fuses and relays . At the current moment I am checking the grounds. The car gives a really rough idle on a cold start but is good after that.. I really think the TCM is bad but like an internal problem ..... Just making sure before I suck up the cost to get one and have it programmed
