My CTS has no bluetooth

Question type: General

Hello,
My cadillac CTS 2009 has no bluetooth, the button on the
steering is available but i check every single video on
youtube and did what they show, click once, click 2
seconds and even clicked for 30 seconds.

The only thing it do is "mute" the radio and music

Is there any device i have to buy and connect in the car to
make it work ?

Regards

There are several aftermarket products that are available that you can plug into a cigarette lighter to broadcast your BT device onto your speaker system if the BT on the vehicle isn't functioning. They run anywhere from $5 to $35

Thanks a lot I have something similar but i wanted to see if i can use the original system so i can use the voice commands of BT. The button is working as mute so it is "working" but why the BT it self and the system is not working? That's what am trying to figure it out. And anyone know the name of the missing device ? So i can directly check the agency ? (Here they have no clue about it in the M.E)
