Back wheels won't turn after I replaced the rear brakes and rotors. Any ideas??

Yes I've done everything I know to do. I'm thinking maybe they gave me front rotors instead of rear? Could that be possible???

First i think i would remove tire from rear,and try to turn by hand,if you can,t,then look and see if calipers are stuck in,this is a sign of bad master brake cylinder,and as you said check for wrong parts, replaced.
