Is it safe to drive a car when the wheel bearings and/or struts needs to be replaced?

No- it is not safe to drive ANY car- when you climb in to a motor vehicle, you take your chances- safety is an illusion from the git go- now take that car and give it a wobbly suspension- I don't want to put myself or my family or friends in that-
