Install VAG812.4 error

When I install the VAG812.4,it gets error.Looking forward  someone can help see

　　one problem is: when diagnosis, your laptop display time must be adjusted to the time before November of 2008, for example, it can be 20/10/2008. 　　another problem is :when the VAG 812.4 USB connected to the laptop, do not promptly begin to diagnose, wait for about 2 seconds until “Ross-Tech HEX or KEY USB Interface” appear under the Device Manager more information from below website http://www.xcardiag.com/wholesale/vag-dash-k-can-vag-dash-com-165-vag- dash-can-517-advanced-diagnostic-tool-397.html
