Shifting car in first and second gear is sometimes hard. The other gears are
fine no problem.

Typical 1 / 2 shift (known) with the 915 transmission... everybody knows to go through the shiftier bushings on these 911 cars, Check and replace any offending sloppy shift linkage bushings before condemning the gearbox. Basic 911 info
