My VDS and slip light came on my 2008 M35 what could be the problem

I would suspect an ABS type problem such as a bad wheel speed sensor. There should be trouble codes to be read so find out what they are.

I added brake fluid, I was low and tires were low, and they went off.

I put one ounce of brake fluid in it. Unplugged my ground to the battery to reset the service engine light. It runs and drives fine.
