Car wont start

Ran car yesterday. Went out today and car
wont even turn over. No clicking just
nothing. I have lights radio works just
engine not turning over.

If you dont hear a clicking noise it's usually a bad starter. Whack the starter a few times with a wrench and see if it will turn over. If it does then get a new starter. If it doesn't then it could still be a bad starter or possibly a bad alternator. Since you have working lights your battery is probably ok. If your starter or alternator has died the car will not start.
