If you dont hear a clicking noise it's usually a bad starter. Whack the starter a few times with a wrench and see if it will turn over. If it does then get a new starter. If it doesn't then it could still be a bad starter or possibly a bad alternator. Since you have working lights your battery is probably ok. If your starter or alternator has died the car will not start.
Ran car yesterday. Went out today and car wont even turn over. No clicking just nothing. I have lights radio works just engine not turning over.
