My 08 328xi bmw running on Reduced Power

My Bmw at 91k Miles runs good, but when I first start it, its like I'm forcing it to go and the Mpg meter goes straight to 12 and I'm only going about 10-15 mph.... now on the highway its fine and it speeds up its just when I first start up and mainly on the streets. Also when I want it to cruise when my foot is off the gas it doesn't just glide like a normal car does its like something is holding it back and I've changed the vanos, spark plugs and all new ignition coils which it was sending back codes for some say its the camshaft sensor but I just want know for sure PLZ help!

2A87 2A82 which both is for vanos intake and exhaust, which I've replaced and cleared but its not sending out any codes for this though that's what I'm saying, but I know something not right wish I had more info for you
