2007 BMW 328xi won't start

2007 BMW 328xi won't start but heater and lights work. Tried the contact relay. Any ideas? maybe he starter relay? I Can't find where it goes. I am a single mom and this is for my son's car. Any help is appreciated

Check the battery voltage. The BMW's need a fully charged battery to work properly. If replacing the battery it also needs to be registered to the car, so you will need to take it to an indepedent BMW garage or dealer for that.
