I own a 2007 Altima 2.5 S. I'm very happy with it. Surprisingly good power for a 4-cylinder. Great handling. Comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. My only complaint is no option for a manual transmission.

I hate to contradict you but I just happen to own a 2007 Altima 2.5S with a 6sp manual transmission. The problem is that dealers wouldn't order to sit on the lot, it had to be ordered. I waited an extra 2mths to get mine for just that reason.
