Totally dead car. Restarts like normal after disconnecting and reconnecting battery

Went to start my truck the other day and got nothing. No
lights, no rev, no clicks. Couldn't even lock doors. Tried
jumping it and the light immediately came on when I
connected the batteries.  After trying to jump it twice all I
got was one click when I turned the key. Took battery to
autozone and said battery was fine. When I reconnected it
it started like normal. The connections to the battery were
tight without corrosion.  

This may or may not be related but when I am driving my
car doors will randomly lock and unlock.

Any ideas?

Battery might be good but battery harness might not be - check the entire harness for a loose or frayed connection, a voltage drop test to the starter might also reveal a bad cable/connection.

I have the same exact issue with my truck. It has now happened several times in the past month. Did you find a cause with your problem?
