What can I put in oil to make lifters stop
tapping?

Try a product called 'Sea Foam'. This can help clean the inside of the engine and get the oil flowing better. here is a link: https://seafoamsales.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-sea-foam-in-oil/

Did an oil change and added 6oz of Seafoam, 1 oz per quart of oil. It has sounded good so far, no tapping for 5 days
