finding a fuse

lost power to the electric truck release, showing a message that the right plate light and brake light #3 is out

It seems to be a common problem with the E class, I would call the dealer and ask if there where any recalls on the issue. In the link I posted below you can see what the cause is and what needs to be done to fix the issue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNtB8qZk9uM
