Screw fall down from back of stereo

While I tried to dismantle stereo a screw fall down
from back of stereo. It could not be seen from the
rear of the radio. I wonder any of you know where
the gap of the stereo rear goes, and do you know if
it can make trouble?

I doubt it will cause and issue, try and source a similar size screw from the hardware store. Do you think you can get a magnet down there? Hardware and or auto stores sell small magnets on a telescoping rod.
