Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I took a part of my dash out to work on my stereo and when i put the deck of it back into my dash and went to leave. my signal lights didnt work. no internal or external visuals on the dash or otherwise.  im pretty sure i didnt blow a fuse. is it possible that i may have pinched/ broke a wire ? if so i cant find it :(

it turns out once i got everything back together it worked again. can someone explain to me why this is ?

Too many variables and possibilities to explain, at least for me. Just soooo many things could have happened, you didn't hook up a wire, lost a common ground somewhere, a thousand other possibilities... but my suggestion is: if it works now, forget about it, don't dwell on something that doesn't matter.
