2008 Dodge Charger Hood

I have difficulty getting the latch of my front hood to lock
and hold in place. Is there any quick solutions to get the
hood to shut completly?

The only quick solution that I can think of is buying hood pins but it requires you to drill holes into your hood and huge regrets if installing them goes wrong.
