2008 dodge charger 3.5

My 2008 dodge charger 3.5 was running fine with
the p1004 code inspection is coming up so I tried
cleaning the upper intake manifold and switched
the the gaskets for the lower and upper intake
manifold, put everything back together and turned
it on took it for a test run, it ran good got home
turned it off, and wouldn't start back up it only
cranks for the longest and now has another code
p2017

When you had the manifold off did the runner linkage move freely? all the butterflies in place no screws missing?
