I changed my battery & put a new one in recently & now my CD player has a 0000000 or it says CD error on the screen. What do I do? It worked fine before. Do I need to reset it?

I have the same problem I took it to the dealer they told me I need a new unit it cost about $ 800 so I will call ford directly
