right front lower control arm bolt

can not get the bolt out is there a hole or special tool to get a hold of the nut

They can be tough because of rust. Put the nut back on part way and pound it through doing as little damage to the bolt as possible if you have to reuse it. If it moves a bit, remove the nut and use a long hardened bolt as a punch to drive it the rest of the way. The first 1/4 inch will be the hardest, getting it to budge. I high temp torch may help break the rust, if you have one. Red hot is best.
