2008 Chevy cobalt front right turn will not work, but rear right blinks fast and brand new bulb. Checked fuses and had friend check power with no result.

Passenger front right turn will not work and rear right blinks fast with brand new
bulb. Driver side front and rear works normally. Checked fuses and had friend
check power with no result on both when disconnected.

Replace the front bulb if that doesnt work there is probably a grounding issue
