you may have purchased a faulty starter
Try this: Have someone hold the key to the ON position like they are starting the car. While they do that, you rap on the starter with a hammer or heavy ratchet. Did it suddenly turn over? If so, your starter is bad. You may also have a weak battery. Is that new also?
Yea new starter new battery new alternator new built, tried the ip PCM ground no luck, it's as if the starter isn't getting the message to roll car over when ignition is engaged
Double check battery connections. Also check the negative battery connections on the frame and motor.
Try rapping on it. It may be a bad rebuild. If no dice, at least we can cross that off the list. Is there a fusible link between the battery and the starter? DId you replace the ignition module?
Yes fuseable link good, no I didn't replace it how do I check if it's good or bad
