Fuel leak only when car is running??

I have 2008chevy cobalt sports 4door,my car leak
fuel only when running,as soon I cut car off,leakage
stops too.its coming somewhere from top of
tank,so I can’t even find out where it’s coming from.i
put my car on lift to see where it’s coming from,but
no luck.Regular garage charging $280 just to take
tank down to see where it’s coming from.Any
suggestions.its not under recall
