Can you tell us what type of Liquid cleaner you poured into the tank?

You probably looking at draining the fuel tank. Don't start the car until you do this. If you don't know how, have it towed to a garage so they can do it properly. If you did start it, depending on the cleaner, the fuel lines will have to be flushed.
