Car wont turn over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2008 Camry Thatcher entonces turn over. I
changed the terminals, the battery tested good.
Everything works just won't turn over. It has started
at random occasions and may go a few daysbwith
no problem then it will suddenly do it again

Engine? Mileage? Do You hear a "clicking" sound from the Starter Motor when the Engine "won't turn over"?
