wont turn over

my Mom's 2006 Toyota Camry XLE V6 has been sitting and inactive for approx 6 month. It has 3200 miles. It
won't turn over. It cranks but won't catch. To complicate this further...2 days ago...it started, I let it run for
approx 20 min (thought it might be the battery that needed to be charged). Turned it off...started it again.
The next morning...it wouldn't start again....

i don't know on a 2006 toyota but there is a fuel pressure regulator it may be stopped up not lettin fuel into the injectors. might try that
