i have a 2008 outback non turbo i also have 2005 legacy GT donor car with turbo im assuming i have to take the entire wire harness and ECM and cross member ?

I've never researched how much is involved to swap NA to T but you are on the right track. I would check out an outback forum as I'm sure folks have done it. I'm more of a SG forester guy, myself.
