A Knocking Sound!!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I Turn Left The Knocking Is Loud, When I Turn Right It
Is Low With Grinding On Both Turns, Also When I Drive
From A Stopped Position The Knocking Starts, But Stops,
Why Is This??
