My AC doesn't seem to be working in my 2007 Eclipse, but the light doesn't blink?

My AC doesn't work in my 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS.  However, it does not blink like
other people say.  On level one it shows green, but blows no air at all.  Level 2-4 it does
not light up green, nor does it blink.  Air blows, but it isn't cold.  Tested the heat and the
heat still works.  Anyone know what is going on?

I have a 2007 eclipse and the ac is doing the same thing. It's not a fuse and it is fully charged. If you found out why please email me
