Major power failure in numerous systems 2008 Chevy Tahoe Z71

So I just bought my 08 Tahoe and all of the sudden
all the following things stopped working...

Rear windows
Read folding seats
DVD video player

The guy I bought it from just had the windshield
wiper interval relay replaced. Could that have
shorted something out? Please help!

Yes but wiper interval relay is up under dash under dash smaller than your phone. There are many harnesses under there for Body control module like tennis shoes said either needs to be reflashed or simple plug detatched
