Are 22" rims safe for a 2008 Buick Lucerne CX?

I got the car with 97773 miles on it. Still I have not
reached 100,000 miles yet. I have zero engine
problems. I learned a LOT from my Impala, and do
not want those things to happen to my Lucerne. I
like this car.

Come on! I've seen pictures of Lucernes with 24's 26's even 20's. Are they SAFE is what I'm asking. Like for the tranny, and all.
