I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne, I realize there are not a ton of options but if I were to find a way to make the car faster what should I do?

Whats your budget? Factory supercharged version 3800 is the way to go if you have the $ and skill set to change over. Regards

The Lucern has one muffler and two resonators, you could play with the exhaust...I would first remove the muffler, it has the most restriction, the resonators will give some sound reduction but if it is too loud then a less restrictive muffler. One thought is to get the exhaust from a similar Cadillac DTS (same chassis) the pipes should be very similar and you could pull the system on the Lucerne and do all the modification to the Cadillac, that way your car would never be out of service
