What can cause my heat and air not to work
in a 2008 Chevy Impala

most likely a stuck blend-door actuator - its a small actuator in the heat/a/c box on the passenger side. sounds like it is stuck closed. unless the head unit is not sending the signal to the actuator, but the problem is usually the actuator
