How can I solve the starting problem on my ford escape hybrid 2007?

Is the 12 v battery good and do you have any lights on on the dash when you try to start it

If you can turn the on wait for it to go through its check.then turn the key to start and then push in.If it starts.It could be be your ignition module

Remove dr side kick pannel there is a push button push it in and it will flash green wait about 8 mins green light will be solid then try to start

I have a ford escape 2010 hybrid but does not turn on the battery is new when I push in the key the light green does not appear so could you talk me what happened. fernandoccr@yahoo.com

replace the ignition switch or module, or put a push button switch in it to start it
