Car doesn't want to start especially on cold days.  Replaced battery and it still won't start
without jumping.  When you try to start it the radio comes on from an off position and
lights all come on by themselves.  Also there is a bunch of numbers clicking through
every time I try to start it. help please

Hello, I have a 2006 Ford taurus SEL 3.0. Thew check charging system indicator comes on. The red battery light comes on after about 15 seconds after startup. If the battery is strong it does not come on but after a few starts the battery weakens and the light and warning come on.
