when connecting the cables to battery pole, the horn start blowing and the wipers comes

Make sure the keys aren't in the ignition. Hook up the battery good and tight, don't worry about the alarm. Now push the panic/alarm button on the remote key fob(if it has one) or just start the car. It should all turn off.
