Question type: Maintenance & Repair

should a sliding glass rear window make a lot more wind/road noise? I drove about 6 other turcks with a solid glass and they did not make as much noise as mine. The dealer said they can hear it but its normal.I have it back to them 3 times. They even replaced the weatherstriping around the rear door and did not help at all.I have only had this truck 3 weeks and its driving me crazy. Please Help.Thanks.

I found the wind noise in my 1982 F-150 with sliding glass window to be higher than both my 1981 GMC solid glass window, and my 2007 Dodge Dakota with solid glass window. I believe it is just the nature of the beast. If you look, those sliders don't really seal terribly well.
