How to bypass my transponder

How to bypass transponder after had
locksmith make me a new key and virginize
my computer. The ignition I just put in
because had bust old one out just really
need help I have titile and  everything but
said breach in communication with halo. I
can hit starter with jumper cables but car
won’t fit plz help

I went and got new ignition with a key at savage yard out a car same year as mine and all and put all together and theft still flashing. I tried programming but didn’t get far.
