Have 2001 Tahoe, was driving on the freeway and
my truck shut down. Pulled over and tried starting
it back up and it just turned over but wouldn't start.
Hour later it started right up. So does anyone know
what it could be?

Could be a fuel issue. I'd run the tank to empty, then get a bottle of Techron from the gas station. Follow the instructions on the bottle and try premium gas. Run in on the interstate for 20-30 minutes to see if it get's better. If it doesn't get better, it may be an ignition problem but if it does improve, it's just a fuel problem.
