Starter wire conectir

Wire plastic connector
has melted and now truck
wont start. Is there a way
to by pass so  I can get
my truck out of my front
yard it's been here for a
week please help me

If it's the solenoid wire that fried you can bridge the solenoid to the batt cable that also connects to the starter with a screw driver or something and it should turn over . If you replace that broken wire you should solder it .
